DFC-0712B型双缸增压稠化仪是严格按(API)标准规范10设计制造的。用于检测油井水泥在高温、高压条件下稠化试验工作。 INTRODUCTION--- DFC-0712B Dual Cell Pressurized Consistometers is specifically designed to continuously test cement thickening behavior under a variety of down hole high temperature and high pressure conditions in strict compliance with API Specification 10.

结构特点：

1、仪器整体结构新颖，节省空间。整机只用一只机械阀门，操作简单，外观整洁。

2、电位计校正装置与整机一体化，方便可靠实用。

3、采用英国进口温度控制器实现温度、压力自动控制及稠度测量，控温精准，实现双釜双控，各自独立的系统结构。报警系统实现稠度上限、压力上限、温度超限自动报警，自动停机。

4、多种记录方式：①采用英国进口三笔记录仪。记录温度、压力、稠度。②电脑采集数据，通过软件记录温度、压力、稠度，实现曲线、数据处理功能。

5、采用***高压释放阀、意大利***压力传感器、高压管线、气液泵、高压表、三通、四通、爆破片，台湾产减速电机。

6、采用新型国家***（ZL201010233624.X）高压油滤器，便于拆装，清洗简单。

        STRUCTURAL FEATURES

3.Temperature , pressure and consistency are automatically controlled by temperature controller(made in UK), the temperature can be accurately controlled. When consistency, pressure or temperature reaches alarm set point , alarm system will automatically working and shutdown the test.

4.Multiple record modes: ① United Kingdom three recorders which can Record temperature, pressure and consistency.② Temperature, pressure, consistency, curve, data processing functions can be record by software which recorded in computer.

2、电气开关

2.1 电源开关：接通控制电源。

2.2自动开关：自动接通计时器及记录仪，同时将增压泵、泄压泵转换到自动控制方式，稠化时间到后自动停止加热器、电机、计时器、记录仪，同时蜂鸣器发出报警声。自动开关关闭后。报警声关闭，关闭自动停机动能。

2.3 加热器开关：接通加热器，开始加热。

2.4 电机开关：接通电机。

2.5 增压泵开关：接通增压控制电磁阀，增压泵工作。

2.6 泄压泵开关：接通泄压控制电磁阀，泄压泵工作。

2.7气至油箱开关：实际是釜体进油操作，首先要关闭压力释放阀，接通气至油箱开关，油在空气的作用下进入釜体。

2.8空气至釜开关：实际是釜体排油操作。首先要开启压力释放阀，接通空气至釜开关，油在空气的作用下排出釜体。

2.9 计时器开关：接通计时器开始计时，一般要先按复位按钮清零后再接通。

2.10 冷却水开关：接通冷却水。

2.11 内外偶切换开关：向左切换为内电偶显示、控制，向右切换为外电偶显示、控制。

2.12 低温试验开关：接通磁力循环泵，进入低温试验准备。

3、 阀门

3.1高压释放阀：开启后，释放釜内压力。进油操作前要关闭，试验后释放压力和排油操作要开启。

3.2 高低温切换阀：每个釜有二只切换阀，成对操作。高温试验时要充分关闭，低温试验要充分开启。
